He has decades of experience in the legal and law enforcement fields, having served as Police Sergeant, Legal & Policy Advisor, and criminal law instructor in coordination with the Seattle Police Department. Mr. Ramm has also contributed articles to numerous publications throughout Southeast Asia on a variety of topics including property issues and immigration law spanning several continents. He currently resides in Bangkok, Thailand, and is responsible for the firm’s key management and operational procedures.

He has great knowledge of Thai non-immigrant visas such as business visas, marriage visas, retirement visas, and Thai Elite visas. He also handles more complicated cases such as changing visas while in Thailand. 

With a fluent grasp of English and unmatched insider knowledge, he can provide a simple and easy-to-understand explanation about what to expect at every stage of the Thailand Privilege application process. His expertise and experience are invaluable to those in need of any kind of immigration assistance in Thailand.

As a Business Development Manager, David is wholly responsible for many of Siam Legal’s new hires, connecting our staff with all the new recruits. With a major in Foreign Language Studies from Tsinghua University in Beijing, David brings to the table his fluency in Chinese, English, Thai, and Burmese to support newcomers, Siam Legal staff and clients alike.

David is also service-minded and well-equipped with in-depth knowledge of Thailand Privilege Visas to assist clients when it comes to acquiring long-term visas in Thailand. Along with his expertise in operation optimization, client & partnership relation, business planning, project implementation, and excellence in polylingual communication in business meetings, David is the glue that keeps Siam Legal’s team together.

Mr. Yord graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Khon Kaen University in 2019. Prior to his graduation, Mr. Yord traveled to the United States to learn about the culture and language to equip himself with the confidence and necessary skills to excel in his chosen career path.

This extensive knowledge of Thai law, English language, and Western culture makes Yord a key member of Siam Legal’s Thailand Privilege team, advising on legal matters and dealing with the Thai bureaucracy.
